Sales Explorers took responsibility acting as an extension of the Spirent global presales and lead generation team, supporting multi-lingual campaigns across a variety of product areas and regions. Working on identifying and soliciting key decision-makers, raising awareness about Spirent’s products and services, facilitating introductory meetings, identifying new opportunities through active pipeline creation.
Challenges
The main challenge for Spirent was to raise awareness around Spirent’s portfolio and generate business within specific sectors (5G, GNSS, Cloud & SD WAN, Managed Services, Service Assurance) and target geographical areas where Spirent had no/or limited presence and market awareness such as China, South Korea and Middle East and Africa.
