Job Purpose:
Responsibility for various aspects of international Sales & Business Development for a Sales Explorers customer in the automotive industry in mainland China. The successful applicant will need to be fluent in English and Mandarin.
Main Duties
- Generating new business opportunities for new customers. Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Searching, identifying and selecting potential clients and decision makers to contact.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Contributing to setting up with the team a client’s sales strategy plan, forecasting
- Responding to sales leads, follow up prospects and finalize the sales process.
- Handling sales inquiries and pre-sales process for organization’s products and services.
- Participating in event marketing and sales activities.
- Building reports for upper management.
Requirements
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and verbal) – ability to connect instantly with people, build rapport and trust.
- Native Mandarin and excellent English speaker
- Extensive network of contacts in China
- Experience in sales in the Automotive and/or Telecommunications industry will be considered a plus.
- +3-5 years of business experience in a technology organization (software and/or services).

Job Purpose
Responsibility for various aspects of international Sales & Business Development for a portfolio of Sales Explorers’s customers in EMEA. Coordinate with other team members to improve sales outreach for assigned portfolio customers. The successful applicant will need to be fluent in English. Dutch, French, Italian or Spanish will be considered as a strong advantage.
Main duties
- Managing and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
- Generating new business opportunities and incremental sales from existing and/or new customers. To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, attending events or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Searching, identifying and selecting potential clients and decision makers to contact.

Our expanding team is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our team. Part of the operations management role would be to oversee high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent, improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency, promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.
Job Purpose:
Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity and quality control measures are established. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems.
Responsibilities may include interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; authoring and discussing with employees performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the director.
Main Duties
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
- Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues
- Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation
- Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Communicate with legal counsel partner and ensure all contractual processes remain compliant
- Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in management, operations, and leadership in the software related industry.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting.
- Familiar with HR recruiting processes.
